What We Do
SOLWOGIDI works to empower women and girls through programmes that promote protection, education, economic empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and community development. We partner with communities and stakeholders to create lasting solutions that improve lives, strengthen families, and build resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Child Protection
We work to safeguard the rights and wellbeing of children by creating awareness on child protection, advocating against abuse and exploitation, supporting vulnerable children, and promoting safe and nurturing environments where every child can thrive.
Women Empowerment
Our programmes strengthen women socially and economically through skills development, entrepreneurship support, income-generating activities, mentorship, and leadership opportunities that enhance self-reliance and improve household livelihoods.
Community Development
We collaborate with communities to address pressing social challenges through public awareness campaigns, community dialogue, capacity building, advocacy, and partnerships that promote sustainable development and social cohesion.
Agriculture & School Gardening
SOLWOGIDI promotes sustainable agriculture through school gardening initiatives and support for young farmers' clubs. These programmes improve food security, enhance school feeding programmes, and equip learners and communities with practical agricultural skills.
